Are you trying to sell a base, Evo, or Final unit? In theory, you can fuse them once you have 3 copies, and you can sell them once you have more than 1—unless it's a "Final" type.
So you need to have gotten 4 of one creature to be able to sell? It would be better to always let players sell so they can make the choices to progress.
