Don't feed the spammers, folks. Report, block, move on with your day. Clicking on suspect links will bring only pain and misery - if the dev has an update, they won't be posting it in the comments section under a completely different name.
This is simply a malicious or fake link. Please do not click, do not open any of these links and im annoyed that every once in an while when I open this itch.io page I see another bot with a fake link.
