Loved the "exploding kittens". Was that an intentional reference?
The cat art was very cute and the animation sprites excellent. I found the choice of the "tadpole" jumping cat to be oddly endearing. And the freaking upward shurikens almost always got me 😅 Also, I really appreciate that you added the margin for hump frames, like wile coyote time. Made platforming jumps more fun. Rated you high in gameplay for that :)
