I don't know if this will get any replies, but I thought I would try anyway. I have a question to ask and decided to create this post to see if it would get any answers.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is being pumped into Liam's mouth?

I already asked in the FAQ to see if there was an official answer and was told to use my imagination, but my imagination is actually why I asked in the first place. I have several ideas on what it could be, but can't decide on one definitively enough to just enjoy the scene instead of questioning it. I've decided that since I don't have an answer, then I'd do the more fun thing and post the question to see if anyone else would reply with their own thoughts.
