it's been a year since i've basically nuked my online presence. i think i get this.
i've unfortunately had a lot of experiences similar to those of both anita and sunny and i can't say with confidence i truly learned from many of them.
this game's made think a lot about why fandoms made me feel they way they did. over the past year i've been reflecting on the social groups i've been part of. i knew there had to be people with similar experiences to mine, but i guess i just never found them..? it's relieving to be able to play this.
it's a shame that, unless you know where to look, you won't see anyone talking about these topics. not many people are gonna like a post where they're the target, and not many people are gonna write a post when the best solution is to shut up.
i definitely need to give this game another playthrough at some point.
one sentence summary: It feels so real.
