What a stylish little game! I can definitely see the Ace Attorney roots, of course, but it also has an aesthetic all its own that I adore. The backgrounds and sprites are gorgeous, and there's an impressive number of illustrated characters for this time frame. I particularly liked the use of the "investigation time" screen to give us a glimpse of what our protagonist looks like—very clever.
Without saying too much, the good ending delighted me 😈 As the game is now, Days 2 and 3 felt rushed, which is completely understandable. I'd love to see what this team could do with this given more time to work on it!
