I absolutely adored this. It was pervaded by a empty, soft bittersweetness that ultimately was quite bitter to swallow in the end. I related deeply to Nita in a way I'm not sure I have anyone I've read thus far in this jam; the way in which she longs to love and for love itself to be for her is the sort of sting I've felt myself. It perfectly captures how tough it is to watch something you yourself are a part of wilt over time until it isn't really recognizable any more and becomes a part you play, both in the past and future sections of the story. I think on a prose level it was written beautifully, the music was about as perfect as it could have been, the photos were chosen and manipulated expertly. I'd have to say in short that this was a triumph on every level that it could have been and I'll be thinking about it for quite some time after having set it down.

thank you so much for playing ^^

i've already said a lot of what i wanted to say on fluxer already so i'll keep it extra brief here, but, i'm really glad that we were able to write nita and galia in a way that's relatable. and the thing about love is that it's really difficult to love someone correctly and over time you'll just watch it be crushed by either yourself or someone else. and it takes so much to try and maintain it. because if your love is maintainable, was it truly perfect in the first place?

even mushrooms wilt. and love may, and it does, too. but it is never too late to tend to it

ah you are so kind :_) i teared up reading this. it makes me want to write again (though this is all papersephone's writing) and keep making music, for the things that still wait in our hearts. i couldn't ask for a warmer reception, wow
