Like a simpler more single protagonist LOA, extremely high potential, wiki's got some good early info, and I have high hopes for Ren. still the main issue i have is that most of the starting classes have low AGL to begin with and that ends up making it feel slower than the much more intense loop of legacy of aeon.
still the game itself follows one main character instead of five, two if you count the narrator, which tells me this is going to be a bit more focused and provide the only thing legacy of aeon really lacked which was character development. since in aeon it was more sandbox like, you never really developed your characters, so much as you discovered more about them. they're not growing you're just finding out more about them little by little. that iceberg design quasi is so obsessed with that makes the world so complicated to explain to a non cut strings player and so coherent when you break it down.
still ass it's a legacy of aeon prequel, i have extremely high expectations and my finger over the change rating button if they're not met. But this writing tells me I'll enjoy it overall.
