I opened one chest in woods somehow. I am still unclear how to open the chests at all though. And when do I finally get a chance to toggle consuming the items? I've been nearly everywhere on both maps.
Hint: The purple barriers respond to instability, pay attention when they turn transparent if they haven't been broken yet. The toggle for mana fragments can be earned very early, via the first sealed chest
