For your game, I think being able to smoothly watch your surroundings would be crucial. For me, the camera always seemed to jump between the highest and lowest camera angles. I guess that your camera behavior is either frame rate dependent or has a way too high sensitivity. I hope that feedback helps. With better camera behavior, your game would be very good for a game jam submission!

Yeah that makes sense. The issue is im used to a really really high mouse sensitivity, like if anyone uses my computer its unusable lol. So I think because of that I didn't even notice the issue. I think a lesson im taking from this is to do more playtests as im building to catch things like these and maybe prioritize adding settings like those in a pause menu. I think in the future I'm gonna try and post early in the updates chat or send it to more people.
