Boobs. Big boobs, small boobs, medium boobs, mostly big boobs tbh, player boobs, milky boobs, floating boobs, boob snakes, etc.

But also, lactation content specifically would be great, maybe a cowgirl kemonomimi (or anthro or both). Especially if we can get milky versions of npcs like Catalogue (make her into a true meow cow)

And this is something that might bother just me, but what would be really great would be the ability to clean up some of the enemies. It would be nice to get a shower for the vagrant/trash fox/trash panda. I don't find grime to be particularly sexy.

The question as old as time, Tits or Ass. I myself enjoy both, but leaning towards ass a little more. Lactation on more big chested women would be nice, and I would happily support my robo-kitty with the titty if she offered me some milk from the tap for a credit or two.

As for cleaning some girls up from the beginning, that would be a pass from me. If a toggle existed for grim, then there would be a toggle for pubic hair because some don't like it, thus adding more renders for a chunk of girls (and if a girl was both dirty and hairy, she'd have 4 different renders.)

However, if you are talking about after you get to know them (ie more scenes), than sure. Maybe have a steamy shower or bath with them, give them a good rub down and maybe they'll give you a happy ending. All I know is that some would go for this, while some might ask for the bath water for later/ drink her swamp water beforehand.

Well, I left what I mean by "cleaning them up" mostly vague on purpose because I don't have a strong preference to how it would happen, I just wanted to express a preference for it happening at all.

If it were up to me (and it isn't) what I would envision would be an optional interaction/sidequest to fix up some showers that the enemies around the map could use. For example, the small safehouse that was a college residence directly west of syn-tech could be refurbished a bit and a sign put up to let the enemies know they can stop in and safely shower/rest/relax for a bit. I would keep it as a safe spot for the player under the watering hole principle or you could cut a deal with ariana to manage it. Or you could do something with the gym, since it presumably has some showers in the building. This would then switch the enemy sprites and dialogues from being covered in dirt/garbage to being clean. They'd still want to fuck you senseless of course, but especially the vagrant just looks like she needs a bath and a bed to tone down the crazy eyes a little bit.

But again it isn't up to me and exact implementation isn't really my worry. Just getting across general preferences/dislikes.

Also I'd like to push back against being hard set against fetish options a bit.

And I know "don't yuck other's yum" but by the same token you can't yum someone's yuck. The in game descriptions of the characters smelling bad conjures up thoughts of literal hot garbage and sewage water smell which is incredibly anti-sexy. I'm very grateful that the lab assistant and wandering schoolgirl don't have descriptions of smelling like rotting flesh because I probably would have quit playing before leaving the starting area (and I tend to avoid the undead anyways because of the imagery of having bits of flesh missing. The poltergiest and frankenstien are great though!). Options for stuff that will really get a lot of people turned away can be useful.

Can you go overboard with them? Sure, and if toggles like that are added (which, again, I'm not asking for but it is a potential solution) you do eventually have to draw the line somewhere and it will feel arbitrary no matter what. But options and toggles are a tool, you just have to use them appropriately.

The idea of unlocking a safe haven for the girls is nice, makes them more realistic. I think you misinterpreted what I meant with "pass." I'm not saying, "Everyone must enjoy the extreme fetishs, no soft vanilla enjoyment around here." Just, "Toggles would are neat and all, but I like how the game currently is." Also pointing out that physical details requires a new copy with the edits of the same character per toggle, or some layer titled filth.

If the dev wants to add a switch that can be changed from the beginning or from your pause menu, the earlier the better. I probably will leave everything on, that's what I meant with pass.
