i love the mundane slice-of-life horror of this game. watching two young women settle into an apartment and treat it like their own while the true tenants are bound, gagged and fed table-scraps on the floor. the fact that stuff like that (and the barricade of chairs) are barely commented upon makes the horror even stronger for me.
my favorite part of this game is when the prose focuses on the living environments, and treats them as characters. what does someone's furniture, carpet, wallpaper, belongings say about them as a person? if the walls could talk, what would they say?

also i saw the tesco and knew immediately that this story was set in the uk. awesome
