hmmm, maybe a conflict with something, if you select AmigaOS 3.2 Theme, it's pretty much original with nothing added. Each theme has various stuff added in "WBStartup" but located in the theme itself. to check what's running in current theme look in theme info "drop down menu". maybe you are running a theme with "fullpallette" and this causes issues due to how it's configured ? I've put a mail to developer, he thinks there is a bug in the icon itself. You can create your own Theme and decide what you want running, pretty much everything. Look in instructions on how to create a theme, it's worth learning it and have it just as you like it to be, you can also change everything in a current theme.
