How long should I expect to wait for someone to review this?
If this takes more than a day, it simply means they're ignoring it.
I'm not sure on the specifics, but I've seen some games go up quite quickly once people swapped to making their NSFW games completely free. So fingers crossed it isn't much longer. Though first time accounts/uploads may go under more scrutiny to ensure nothing malicious is being uploaded, etc.
