What a charming game!  The writing is very funny (the specific dialogue as well as the overarching story to each attack against culture itself), the art is great, and there's a ton of content here.  My favorite part of the game was actually getting things wrong and seeing the way that my wrong choices would still generate an explanation and that the way in which it was wrong would be hinted at, just a really nice touch to have instead of a generic "you're wrong".  The music is nice, too; it complements the art style nicely and doesn't get in the way, but also doesn't feel repetitive.  Sometimes things did boil down to guess-and-check even once I thought I had a grasp of the way things would unfold, but the specific text you get in response to those moments was well-crafted to turn you back to the right places to put things.

Super fun experience all around, and a great amount of polish, too; it feels like a complete game.  Amazing work!

Thank you so so much for playing and giving feedback!!

Im super glad you liked the writing and i'm even more glad that you liked the way I handled wrong deductions. I actually planned to have every wrong deduction be specifically based on your exact order of clues (You can see this behaviour in the first and second mystery). However, as you may know, if you increase the number of clues you can pick, the amount of possible combination skyrockets, which pretty much made it impossible to write highly specific dialogue like that for levels with more than 3 clues during the jam. So for the rest of the levels I just made it check the first clue and give dialogue based on that. So I'm really happy you still liked it despite that compromise!

I'm glad you enjoyed the music as well :D

Thanks for all the compliments!
