WHEW. I almost feel out of breath after reading this. I've been thinking a lot lately about what it means to really get consent from another person and always appreciate art that deals with those themes. "I can feel it between my legs so maybe this is a good feeling" hit really hard.
on a technical/aesthetic note: this was a banger from the very beginning with the splashscreens. I loved the CMYK UI theming and general aesthetic—the combination of the visuals and music did a lot to complement and accentuate the story. the changes in layout were particularly neat—I really enjoyed the way Clarice's internal monologue interrupted the dialogue in the initial portion, and how they grew even more intertwined with each other in the interview portion. I also appreciated the subsequent almost mind-body split as the "interview" proceeded.
