Big boss is unbeatable duo so progress fully stuck. can't win.
Basically the big barrier that both stops from progressing overall and stops from receiving xp too. Easier to just let a fallback happen until a beatable mode comes.
It also makes it impossible for new people to join, because you can't get xp...
