Surprised to see a cutscene at the start, awesome. The player monkey's selfless act of saving their friends is inspiring as well. The art and sounds are also really charming, and the cut to a giant explosion when hitting a fighter jet is really funny. I wish there was a better reason for moving left and right beyond just collecting more bananas, since if you never move you also never lose your first banana (unless I'm missing something). Still, the simple reflex-based gameplay is enjoyable, nice work.

thank u! haha that monkey really is inspiring 😂. also for the moving left and right, I imagined having more items falling and maybe forcing you to move by the jets dropping things you need to avoid but I didn’t get to that, so it definitely could be a cut mechanic but it still felt good to leave in instead of not being able to move the monkey 👍
