So, I Capped mining first (30), then combat (20). It was fun. I never killed a centaur.
A cowl is something that generally goes over the head. Not the Chest. You can't wear a hood over a cowl, you could rear a cowl over armor.
Otherwise, fun enough to come up against the level cap.
