So what's the difference between the monster and human endings? Is this a good/bad ending situation or just different vibes?

Just different vibes mostly, there's no good or bad ending. Most of the monster-favored choices lean in the characters becoming more comfortable with their demonic nature but also leaning more into self-interested actions. The human favored-choices tend to be less self-isolating and more about personal progress and the endings reflect that for each character.
