Drag CW #1 - Sequence 1 - Place directly to the right of the ball
Drag Cw #2 - Sequence 2 - Place in Column 5, Row 1 (Left to Right, Down to Up) facing DOWN. It's important this one is facing down to properly line up with the arrival of the ball.
Drag CCW - Sequence 3 - Place 2 blocks above Drag CW #2 facing LEFT. Similar to the last block it needs to be offset in order to get the ball on the correct cycle.
So i did what you said, and it didnt work. Each time the first clockwise drag block drags the ball to the second clock wise drag block, it doesnt let go and slams into the bottom wall of the box. Now of course, this problem could entirely be my fault and a skill issue, so i took a screenshot of what i did as it is entirely possible i read your instructions wrong.

Drag - Sequence 1 - Place underneath ball facing ball
Reverse Mode - Sequence 2 - Place 3 blocks down from goal facing up
Pull - Sequence 3 - Place above Reverse Mode block facing up
You're basically just toggling the Pull to a Push when the ball is in position.
