That doesn’t help at all, it’s not clear what “commercial free” refers to specifically, and without a license, there’s no way to know what the limitations to use are.
Do you mean it’s public domain? If so, I highly recommend also putting it under CC0 since there are some jurisdictions in which public domain is not recognized, such as Germany.
