No, the game should be playable through JOIPlay on android (though the latest version has issues, and I recommend using this older version instead https://www.patreon.com/joiplay/posts/joiplay-1-20-611-137694579) Because it works for the most part on JOIPlay, I don't plan to have a dedicated android version. (I feel like a dedicated android version would have more issues than JOIPlay would.)
