yeah, we lost 29 and 28 because I was solo and didnt take it seriously at the start, on 29 i tried to start too far out and on 28 I tried working from the corner, but it spread too fast.
I did the entirety of 27 by myself. Wolf came in to help with hearts, then left and they respawned, then another player eventually came and helped finish them again and left. Then one more spawned. . . So I finished the zone and kept it locked down till you came along lol
by then I had spent 4-5 hours running solo so I let you take the reigns after we set up the corner of 28 xD
I didn't know until that point you actually had to kill the hearts to win.
I also just found out that if there is actually nobody there, rounds are lost pretty quickly one after the other. I was tempted to let it keep going. The standard for defeat is a fair bit lower than the standard for victory, apparently.
It appears two strikes kill any heart at any level, but you get way more experience at higher levels where they have more health. I kind of doubt that was intended.
yeah, the hearts give crazy xp now, also noticed the higher the wave the more the xp. Also it seems Strike gives varying amount of xp even when hitting the same Heart.
Same! I was hoping to get the board cleared with one up before people came just to test it and it worked.
Two strong hits from two strong players is enough it seems. We are capped at 50% dmg a cycle so it takes a minimum of two. Smaller lvl 1 etc. wont be able to help you, it takes usually 2 lvl 20's.
I am guessing defeat is less than 5%. I held wave 27 with 7.53% which is very doable, but you cant just start laying purifiers in the far corner and work out you wont lay enough down before getting swamped. you have to save a little bit of pre-cleared area
