The body changes happen when body corruption increases. Hormones affect the player's mindset.
At least level 10 on all corruption levels no change. Still reads as perfect male. And image is the same in body status
the body portrait/status changes on 34/67/100 corruption. It will get an overhaul update on later updates including changes that overhauls the player's body proportions.
