The 'locked map' status disappears when you reach the slum tenant room, which is the only unlocked location during tutorial. It's intended, follow the conversation by clicking the dialogue options. If it's not the case, please explain in detail, and I'll fix the bug.

Okay, so I headed straight to the resort after entering the map for the first time.I got into a fight beforehand. And after I spoke with Sion? And then I was unable to leave. So I ran my fatigue up and got sent to the surgery place and I am still unable to leave.

I did also try previously where I went to the school instead of the resort, and the same thing happened.

when you reach the slum tenant room, which is in the bottom of the map, the tutorial is finished. I'll make the tutorial finish location more highlighted, you can make a new save/reload the save and enter right after you reach the map.
