Hey! I fully issed this a few months ago, sorry I missed it!
I LOVE that as a Realization for "I am always under threat," and you totally could use it to Counter a Sentence from someone else. But you have the right of it when you say that it doesn't make that threat exclusive.
You can't do is say "Well I'm not under threat from (say) wolves, becuase I'm always under threat from Bounty Hunters." But you could say "The wolf is about to get its jaws around me, but at the last second it's shot with a crossbow bolt... fired by a Bounty Hunter who's shown up to try to kill me!"
Conflicts always change the situation. Sentences can't be used to simply say "nothing happens" and they don't define reality negatively. They define it productively. That is: When they're used, the thing they say happens.
