Thanks for reporting this! I've just released version 5.19, which adds a safeguard to the home view that clears leftover Dizzy's working status.
The update also fixes two other previously reported bugs: new girls you hire via job adverts will now show their total weight gained, plus if you hire a coworker to Dizzy's, they'll now correctly quit their old job.
