Android release would likely be free. Play store isn't planned to my knowledge, it was originally planned to be published on F-Droid though recently there there are are some potential problems whith this approach (for details see https://orama-interactive.itch.io/pixelorama/devlog/1487558/pixelorama-v119-is-out)
