Nope, you haven't tried everything, like for example you haven't tried using your ability to read and understand the text you've just read
to get some upgrades from peeptube shop, you need higher access level (silver)
to get it, you'd have to open welcome mails, one of which tells you exactly what you need to achieve in order to have that silver acces
once you're silver and have enough PP, simply buy whatever upgrades are available (to get hands free mount, you need stabilizer first, and here I'm not sure if it's pointed out anywhere, it was earlier when those upgrades were in normal shop)
