Well done to you all!! Pleased to say Mother made me genuinely uncomfortable in many aspects (a credit to your writing), and yet there's interesting bits of character you dropped in that makes her deeper than you might expect from the surface. Vi's journey too, so warm seeing her attempts at self-discovery on her own and yet still... her and Mother in the same room was just a recipe for agony... At two separate points in their journey and yet fated for disaster... Lovely foils...
