Probably a bit of a silly question, but, how do I exceed level 20? Or is 20 the cap? I mainly ask as some areas seem they're designed for specifically higher levels. Is it locked behind story progression or is level 20 the hard-cap for all characters and you're meant to use items/weapons/armour/trinkets to help push through the higher difficulty levels?
