Little Dell Latitude 7420 laptop. Rez is set to 1920x1080. No separate video card, AFAIK - Iris(R) Xe Graphics. That help?

Another driver issue with DX12. I'm so tired of DX12. I've taken the plunge and I'm converting the whole game to SDL3, which for a bonus runs under any modern Windows, Linux and Mac. The negative is that I'll use AIs for the conversion, I don't have enough time for a manual conversion.

Ahh, heh. Side note: I bought an older laptop that supported DX12 just so I could play this. :-) Eh, using AI for the conversion isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I’ve been a SE for over 20 yrs and now use agents to do a lot of tasks for me. I treat’em like a jr eng and carefully review their code - specs and plans work well.
