This looks like a solid plan, excited to see how things go! I think that a lot of the engagement is tied to how many different environments you end up making, which could be a scope concern, but you mentioned it wouldn't be much extra work, so I assume you're not worried about it. I will note that there's a financial gain drive for cleaning up the environment with this idea but I think with enough emphasis on the awareness parts it shouldn't be any issue. Wishing yall the best!
