Hello! I wonder if i can tween the video using modulate.alpha like how i tween the sprite?
and if i ever release my game as a commercial game do i have to pay extra for anything? (to use mp4 and this plugins in a game)

You can adjust the modulate value of the video playback node of this plugin to achieve that and the license allows for using it in commercial projects without issue ;)
