Such a good game. I can tell a lot of love went into it. All sensitive issues are addressed with the tact and respect they deserve, and the gameplay itself differentiates itself from its engine in a way that I didn't realize was even possible.
I like all the little things that can go wrong when performing daily tasks, as well as the frantic, sometimes suffocating balance between stats, time management, and quality of therapy. It really did feel realistic in that way. The dialogue also adds to that, everything sounds like things real people would actually say to each other/themselves.
You should be proud of this one. I'm inspired.
