Cool and simple game.
For improvement you could put sound effect when hitting a rock.
Gameplay variation could be interesting to keep the player engaged, like different ice cream with different point value (ice cream plate/bowl/bar...), different obstacles (flower pot, brick, piano...) or even power ups to break obstacle for a limited time.
