windows 11? if so, there could be "gaming optimisations" that are messing with the exe
Or you forgot to update your bios when you buit it maybe?
I remember my pc having all kinds of strange situational issues, until I learned I had to update my bios XD
(if its pre built, they would have already taken care of the bios bit)
