Will we be able to toggle the species of customers as a preference thing?

That’s actually an interesting idea! For customers, I’d need to consider the scope and resources first, since having more species would also mean creating more models and animations. For the main characters, though, I do plan to let players have more choice based on their preferences. I’ll definitely keep the customer species option in mind for the future!
