I don't think you can just rip someone else's sprites and distribute them in your own games - aren't they're copyrighted work?

But the truth is that Jaguar Wolfenstein 3D is a abandonware. Plus I'm not having any profit from this example, even donations are turned off. All these sprites can be easily downloaded from Spriters Resource website, and, what a surprise, no one (including Bethesda) forced to remove them.
