Thank you for your comment! It's true that even in a 2D game, simply changing the perspective to 3D can completely transform the experience. I’ve always thought it would be fun to play classic Mario games from a 3D perspective as well.
what really caught me was that it was "true" to 2D because 3D-in-form yet fixed-to-plane is 2 dimensions yet Voxel :)
which is really uncommon and special as a meta about art-style
