if its uncensored its an easy buy but if its censored that would be a shame

I think that's because distributing or publishing uncensored adult content is illegal in Japan. As a result, works by Japanese creators almost always have some degree of censorship. At most, they can make the mosaic censorship less noticeable, but they can't get rid of it completely.
