You can spend all DAY (I think they are available 0900-2100) socializing with synths in the residential zone. Make sure you use your favors for headpats. There is an NPC you can unlock there as well, but I never found her on my battle bot playthrough.
If you are a battlebot or otherwise have good combat skills, you can infrequently find candy in the undercity. Candy grants a mental bonus for a temporary -2 to skills malus and is distinct from candy bars you can buy from the mall.
Finally, check your clothes since there is a mental penalty for walking around naked. You might be walking around naked if someone has stripped you or you accidentally sold your clothes.
