Found that characters in your home with "blob" status get moved to the underground lab when you move to another town.
When you travel back to the "original" town characters will move in with you again (keeping what they might have gained in the DUF)
Regression Catalysts also work as they should - the character gets transferred to Gentle Meadows in their Original Town!
