Btw, File 1 says the coordinates of the tower are X=(758), while in reality it is X=(-758)? At least that is what scooter's nav system says.
I am currently stuck at Delta facility, just after running away from Goliath. Main generator's door is shut, and scooter's nav compass just points to something 15 meters from me, and suddenly changes direction.

You're right about the tower coordinates, that's a bug and it'll be fixed in the next build, which should be out shortly.
As for the generator door — if you mean the locked one near the coolant systems, you'll need to find a key inside the Delta facility to open it. But let me know if it's a different door.
Also, could you tell me a bit more about the nav compass suddenly switching direction?
Ok, I explored a bit more (went through the tunnel and further inside) so now I know what to do, but I would suggest changing nav system mode from objective pointer to just N/E/S/W compass after the chase ends? Because currently it seems like we are in the place where something is supposed to be found.
