In the Harman questline, I chose to release the Admiral, but later on, it says that she was replaced, and I cannot progress past the "plan your biggest move yet" option
Looks like I have it checking the wrong flag for the dialogue. It should still be possible to progress the scene however provided you've completed all of the Harian plotlines.
