Hello! I did originally plan for Companions to be draggable, there is a sad truth of allowing for that would require animation work which currently isn't viable for our Content budget. Perhaps in the future!
There is modding so you may add your own sprite! As for changing or adding to existing characters or items, that isn't possible for now, but I do plan on it in the future!
