I have already updated the tool to version 1.5.0 to include the WAV-only export and the dark theme, so please give it a try.
As for the post-generation tweaking, once a track is auto-composed and the sheet music is altered, it is technically difficult to auto-adjust the notes again from that state, so I decided to pass on this feature. I hope you can understand.
