I hear you with point 1, and whilst I do want homes to be linked to towns, I'll be making some changes to help a bit, including reducing the need to move to new towns at all when I add other ways to raise the country's obesity rate.
Speaking of the obesity rate, I moved the local news section to the Internet, so that's where you can check it for point 4.
For point 2, try going on a date to the town square, and you'll be able to take a girl to the piercing studio, tanning salon, optician and hairdressers to customise her appearance. This isn't an option for feeder girls currently, but I'll be changing that very soon.
Then, for point 3, I plan on adding group gameplay, including sex with multiple girls at once, in the sex update.
