it's a little old and imperfect, and may stutter a bit, but the standalone version of Kronos 2.7.0 is probably the easiest, as it has a GUI to configure everything, supports CD audio, and can be run at a higher resolution and framerate than the Saturn if the PC is powerful enough. Make sure to unzip the whole game folder and open the CUE file instead of the ISO.
The standalone version of Mednafen is the most accurate to the Saturn, supports CD audio and will probably perform and feel the best, but it's not Saturn-only, and not that user friendly to set up. It also takes the CUE file.
Yabause and Ymir are user friendly but they'll be no music - use the ISO file for these.
